Cubs Field Gun Run – 30th Anniversary

Celebrate 30 years of the Cubs Field Gun Run this June with an action-packed morning of teamwork, speed, and fun!

Date: Sunday, 14 June 2026
Location: Blindman’s Wood Scout Centre
Times:

  • Leaders arrive: 9:30 am

  • Cubs arrive: 10:00 am

Who Can Join:

  • Cubs only – this special event celebrates the 30th anniversary of Cubs participating in the Field Gun Run.

  • Teams must have a minimum of 8 Cubs.

Activities & Fundraising:

  • Teams can also run a fundraising base (no food bases – refreshments will be run by the 59th and 9th/21st groups).

Cost: £2 per participant

Rewards:

  • Each participant receives a commemorative badge

  • Medals will be awarded to the winning teams
