Plymouth Squirrels 5th Birthday Party

We are thrilled to announce the Plymouth Scouts Squirrel Birthday Party, celebrating 5 years of Squirrels!

Location : Drakes Den Play Centre

Date : Saturday 17^th October

Time : 5 – 7pm

Cost : £7.50 per person (Young People only)

FAQ

Parents are welcome to stay with their Squirrels, but we would recommend no more than 1 parent per Squirrel to avoid overcrowding.

Once groups are booked we will send out the centres RA and Public Liability Insurance, plus the district RA for the event. We would recommend that groups create their own RA, especially for drop off and pick up. Please can these be sent to us once they have been completed.

Cost includes entry and a special edition Plymouth Scouts Birthday Badge.

Groups are responsible for ensuring they are in ratio (1 to 4 plus Leader in Charge). District are able to provide a Leader in Charge, but please do let us know if you require this. Whilst parents are welcome to stay, we do require at least 2 Leaders from your group to attend.

Groups are responsible for ensuring they have the relevant InTouch set up, as well as details of your Young Peoples contact and relevant Medical Details.

There will be no food provided at this event, but the cafe will be open.

Socks are required for the centre, we would encourage the Squirrels to wear their uniform. Please no neckers due to Health & Safety.

Unfortunately we are unable to welcome siblings at this event due to venue space. Please only allow Squirrels to attend.

Once numbers are confirmed, groups will be invoiced by District.
