Plymouth Beavers and Cubs Birthday Party

We are thrilled to announce the Plymouth Scouts Beavers & Cubs Birthday Party, celebrating 40 years of Beavers and 110 years of Cubs!
Location : Jump Play Centre
Date : Saturday 21st November
Time : 5 – 6:45pm
Cost : £10 per person (Young People only)

Please ensure you confirm your spaces using the below form asap. The closing date for bookings is Sunday 25th October. We would recommend booking your places as soon as possible, as if numbers are low as of 1st October we will open this event up to County.

FAQ
We would recommend that parents do not stay unless they are part of your ratio due to venue space.
Once groups are booked we will send out the centres RA and Public Liability Insurance, plus the district RA for the event. We would recommend that groups create their own RA, especially for drop off and pick up. Please can these be sent to us once they have been completed.
Cost includes entry, food for the Young People and a special edition Plymouth Scouts Birthday Badge.
Groups are responsible for ensuring they are in ratio. District are able to provide a Leader in Charge, but please do let us know if you require this. If you are using parents to help with ratio numbers please ensure there are at least 2 leaders present.
Groups are responsible for ensuring they have the relevant InTouch set up, as well as details of your Young Peoples contact and relevant Medical Details.
Food will be provided for Young People. Full details are on the booking form. If you have any allergies please note this on the booking form and we will be in touch.
Socks are required for the centre, we would encourage the Beavers and Cubs to wear their uniform. Please no neckers due to Health & Safety.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome siblings at this event due to venue space. Please only allow Beavers and Cubs to attend.
Once numbers are confirmed, groups will be invoiced by District.
